Last updated: [Month] 2026
This Credit Guide is provided by Auto Solve Financial and explains the credit assistance services we offer, the lenders we work with, the fees and commissions involved, and your rights if something goes wrong. Please read it carefully and keep a copy for your records. We provide this Credit Guide to you as soon as practicable after it becomes apparent that we are likely to provide you with credit assistance.

What we do
We provide credit assistance. This means we help you to find a credit product that suits your needs and we assist you to apply for it. In practice, we:
- discuss your requirements and objectives and the type of finance you are looking for;
- compare suitable products across the lenders we have access to;
- explain your options in plain English; and
- prepare and submit your application to the lender you choose, and help manage it through to settlement.
We are a finance broker, not a lender. We do not lend our own money. The credit is provided by the lender, and your loan contract is between you and that lender on the lender's terms.
The lenders we work with
Through our aggregator we have access to a panel of more than 30 lenders. Lenders on our panel include (by way of example):
- Pepper Money
- Plenti
- Liberty
- Latitude
- Macquarie
- NOW Finance
- Firstmac
- Wisr
This is not the full list, and our panel may change from time to time as lenders are added or removed. We are not owned by, and do not act for, any single lender. The names above are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to identify the lenders we may deal with.
Fees you may pay
If any fee is payable by you for our services, for example, an origination or brokerage fee, we will disclose the amount, or the method we use to work it out, to you in writing in a Credit Quote and Credit Proposal Disclosure before you decide whether to proceed. You will know the fee before you commit to anything.
[insert fee details / state if no fee charged]
Some lenders charge their own fees and charges (such as establishment, account keeping or early payout fees). Those fees are set by the lender and will be set out in the documents the lender gives you.
Commissions we receive
If you proceed with a loan we arrange, we may receive a commission from the lender for introducing your business and arranging the loan. The amount of commission varies depending on the lender, the loan amount, the term and the product, and it is paid by the lender, not added on top of your loan as a separate charge by us. We will disclose the commission we expect to receive (or the way it is calculated) to you in writing before you proceed.
We may also pay a commission, fee or other benefit to a person or business who refers you to us. If a referrer is involved in your matter, we will tell you and disclose what we pay.
Our obligations to you
Under the NCCP Act we have responsible lending obligations. Before we assist you, we must:
- make reasonable inquiries about your requirements and objectives for the finance;
- make reasonable inquiries about your financial situation; and
- take reasonable steps to verify your financial situation.
We may only assist you with a credit product that is "not unsuitable" for you. A loan is unsuitable if, at the time of the assessment, it is likely you could not meet the repayments without substantial hardship, or the product does not meet your requirements and objectives. We will give you a copy of our preliminary assessment of suitability free of charge if you ask for it.
